Even with one treatment with only five mins treatment time, it made the leather more moisturised, supple and soft.The third photo is after a second 5 min treatment, and a coat of another moisturiser. I reckon if you left it to cure longer it would moisturise the shoes more but I didn’t want to risk it.I also used this on some white Veja trainers (so not leather) and it got them looking brand new and more supple. I had some old leather boots that had dried out and also looked dull (and moldy). I had forgotten they existed and had stored them badly but they were a favourite in their day. I applied it liberally to the outside, that is the finished leather side and it cleaned and restored the leather and gave a lustre again. I would suggest an 'as new' feel and appearance....after 20 years....amazing. They were so dried out the leather was still fairly stiff so I took a chance and liberally applied it to the inside finish (the inside of these boots was exposed leather as they are not lined). I did this twice and left it to soak in over 24hrs. A lot soaked in. This restored the flexibility of the leather. So basically the boots were near perfect other than some wear and tear. My wife had some leather boots that were lined. These were not as dried out (or worn) and again looked brand new after outside treatment only. I suspect if they had been dried out I could have applied 4 or 5 coats to the outside and with patience it would have soaked in that way. I proceeded to treat my settees and other shoes I had in storage. This product restores leather really really well and almost restored my faith in the world too. Where do you buy something that works brilliantly well and for a very reasonable price these days? Well this is it. Unbeleivable really.
