After my previous external webcam died (Microsoft Lifecam) I wanted another, as my work laptop has one of those pointless integrated ones which is positioned at the bottom of the screen (so other video call participants have to suffer staring up my nostrils for the duration of any call). I didn't want to spend a fortune, but wanted something that would at least provide decent picture quality. After comparing various webcams and reading numerous reviews, I opted for the GOSCIEN Ultra HD 1080P and, to be honest, I'm happy with my choice. I've had it just over a month and use it most days for video calls and meetings now that I'm working form home. The picture quality is fine/virtually the same as with my laptop's integral cam, and the 'fish eye' effect I'd worried might come from a wider angle lens that I had before is not really that noticeable. It does mean that there is slightly more of my spare room 'in shot' then before, and the edges of the picture are slightly 'bowed' but it's not too distracting. My only gripe is that, being fixed focus and that fact that I literally sit about 50 cm from the camera, I am less in-focus than the room behind me. If I sit far enough back from it then the image of me becomes sharper, but I can't reach the laptop! I can't comment on the audio as I use a headset. As for ease of installation, it's literally plug and play so only took moments to setup. Overall I would say don't expect to be blown away by an amazing HD experience but it does what it says on the tin and is a decent camera for the money.

I thought this would be rubbish based on the price. but I didn't want to spend too much money. My laptop has a good camera but I wanted a camera for my large screen which sits in front of me, hence I purchased this. It is exactly as described, easy to set up, instructions simple. Basically open, un-wrap, plug USB into laptop, place on top of the screen and that is it. Last thing, select USB camera instead of in-built camera on call.s Really good bit of kit, does the job and a good price.

Works well, nice, cheap and quality is okay. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to go crazy about either.

The camera is very easy to install. You insert it. The video is working and the microphone is working. And the quality is good. I am very satisfied with the new Stream webcam. It can complete real-time video, everything needed for real-time games, and can also play many other content. Setting up and adjusting the lens is very easy. The image quality is great. I have families all over the world, and when I use this camera, I feel that we are next to each other. My son also started using it for real-time video, and he liked it very much. Quality price. Satisfied with my choice.

This works very well.The downside is the rather tinny mic sound and (if you don’t want) a fish eye lens. This lens is great for a group of people to be seen.I’m happy with this device.

So easy to set up. Works automatically with Windows 10. Picture quality is excellent and dealt well with changing light conditions. Sound was fine. I could be heard loud and clear by the people I was having a meeting with.Only one slight niggle: The USB cable is not secured into the housing at the back of the camera. Mine pulled out leaving the inner wires exposed. I pushed it back in and will just be careful with it from now on. This webcam is great values for money, so worth putting up with this one small niggle.

The clarity of the camera is very good, and the sound is very clear. It is estimated that it will be very solid when installed on the computer. It will not shake. It looks very beautiful. It feels very high-end. The overall aspect is great, and the price is also good.
