The charms to the left are from the first packet I bought, and the right the second packet I just received. You can tell that there are slight color differences and the gold enamel part is slightly lighter. If you don't mind the color change or having a few charms with a broken loopy thing, this is a good buy. Also, I did recieve one charm (the lone yellow one) that has a sharp particle sticking out. I won't be using that one. Overall, the charms work for what I need them for, so that is why I am rating this a 3-star.

The flower charms are made out of rose gold colored base metal, thin charms, poorly enameled pieces.I want to return item to you asap. Please tell me how to do this.Seller didn't get back to me within refund window deadline. Now what do I do???

I guess you really get what you pay for. The colors are more neon unlike the image and some of them don’t even have color. There are 10 pieces per color, but I didn’t receive all 60 plus they aren’t even the same shades.
