So happy with it
The media could not be loaded. Me and my husband dont eat cane sugar and this is a great option for others like us. Ive made so many sweets with is and they all turned out great. I’ve attached pictures of the chocolate granola and muffins i made with it. I substituted it 1:1 in all my recipes because i know its a bit less sweet then cane sugar and it turns out great for me because i dont like overly sweet, if you do id recommend adding more then the recipe recommends if youre substituting. It also has a bit of a caramel tastes which just works so well in baked goods. The only difficulty id say is that it tends to clump up a bit but they are very easy to break up just make sure to do it before adding it to the batter so you dont end up with sugar clumps

Good quality sugar
The media could not be loaded. Good quality sugar. Slightly lighter in colour comparing to the other British brand I used previously, however no issues with Amazon sugar. Great tasty, at very good price. In terms of price we are talking nearly twice cheaper comparing to 250g bags sold elsewhere.

Great for sugar free cakes
Very nice replacement for sugar in cakes, biscuits and desserts. Quite dark in colour so changes the appearance of lighter coloured ones, but a good replacement to give lower sugar.

Product is OK but I was given short use by dates :/
I was trying to get value for money AND reduce carbon footprint by ordering 6x 500g of coconut sugar to hopefully last a good while but I was delivered 6 x500g bags with a best before date in May 2023.
