It's designed for pet food, but after a small but long-term dishwasher leak, I needed something unique to hopefully protect my flooring in case of another. I couldn't find a tray designed for under a dishwasher that would work because the motor sits so close to the floor and we have no leeway for tipping room. I found that the measurements of this mat covered anywhere that might leak and that the soft lip could be worked past the motor. I'm not sure if the lower edge will actually contain much water, but it should hold enough to give us time to detect a leak unless it's catastrophic. I'm very satisfied for what I'm using it for.

I love this spacious mat! The paw print is cute. One thing I like that I didn’t know until it came, is it is somewhat transparent. I have a black and white checkered kitchen floor, so it’s cool you can see it through the mat.

This is a great product!My pup is a bit of a messy eater so I needed a mat that I could wipe clean with no problem, I saw this and thought I would try it out and I’m definitely glad I bought it, I can either wipe it clean or wash it completely and it dries fast which is another bonus.The mat is durable not too thick and heavy or too thin which is great, the material is silicone plastic so it has good grip and the bowls don’t slip and slide everywhere.Overall I like this product and I would recommend it!

Our dog is a messy drinker and sometimes our cats play in the water. We bought this as a splash pad for our pet water fountain and it’s PERFECT!

My cat has newly started digging in the automatic feeder (I made the mistake of hiding a few treats in it - something I’ll never do again. She used to have self control… lol). There was literally a mound of all her dry food around the feeder, but NONE of it rolled into the middle of the living room. So I definitely suggest it if you feed your pet dry food! I also feed her wet and when pieces fall off I just vacuum them up with the house attachment. It’s helped her area stay clean SO much. 10/10

Works great! We have an old, toothless cat that's a super messy easy with his dry food and this does a pretty good job of catching the food. I probably would've gone for something with higher edges, but I prefer this material to hard plastic. Easy to clean.

We needed a mat for our three dog bowls (two food, one water). This is perfect and it was considerably less expensive than the other options on Amazon. This will keep the bowls in one place and catch food or water than runneth over. Lots of color options, too.

Perfect for the pups who dislike eating from bowls! The silicone prevents "scary" noises from coming out of their food bowls. LOLThe mats have a good thickness, but a word of caution though; don't leave your pet unattended with the mat if they are the type to chew/swallow everything.I love the colors of light pink and lavender for my two littles. They're easy to wash and roll up to store when not in use.Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Really good but don’t even try to use with with a puppy - food and water will end up everywhere because apparently its nice to bite and try to run off with it!!!!

Clumsy Autistic looking for a mat for my tray to grip my food and drinking glass to it as I tend to tilt it when carrying it. Love pink and this is bright pink just right for me. Spills stayed on the mat thanks to its lip and washed off easily in my bowl of soapy washing up water. No more trying to clean them off my wooden tray which I can’t submerge in water like this mat. Even warm food plates don’t melt it as it’s kitchen grade silicone. Great versatile product that has many uses. I will be ordering more with the many colours to choose from and the fast delivery. Would highly recommend.

This s the 2nd one of these silicone mats that I've bought, this one is a bit bigger as I have two cats who eat together and make a mess. Big enough for two small bowls with space around for spillage! stops the bowls from moving, completely waterproof, very easy to clean... Not wipeable they need to rinsed under a tap. Worth the money, good value highly recommended

I bought this mat for my kittens bowls. Delivery was quick and easy. The mat comes rolled up and rolled in a plastic sleeve. It’s easy to unroll. Once bowls are placed on the mat it stays firmly on the floor.My only issue is that the edges sometimes stick up and due to being a mat they are easy to lift. Usually my kittens like to clean their food area and by doing so they sometimes get their paws caught on the edge and lift the whole mat up.Otherwise easy to clean.

Recently got a new laminate flooring and wanted something just to prevent the flooring getting covered in wet food/water. Also one of my cats loves moving his bowl around. This is perfect as keeps my floor clean and is anti slip. I prefer it to previous ones I've had to as this one is really thin but I find the thicker ridgid ones end up curling up at the ends whereas this one sits flat. Will be purchasing again if needed as happy with the product.
