This is 100% cotten and made in Pakistan. I expected it to shrink when washed but it didn't! The material has a natural wrinkle. I didn't take out of dryer immediately so i think it needs a little ironing. Nice vest for summer. Order your regular size. I accidentally ordered a M instead of a large and it fits tight.I accidentally ordered the wrong size (m) but kept it. At purchase time i looked at the picture and assumed it would be light weight and when washed it may shrink or need ironing . But out of the box it has a nice casual fit over summer shirts, yes a little small because i wear a large and its medium. Feels good and looks nice. For a summer vest i won't want a heavier fabric. I contacted the seller if the wrong size was my error and received an immediate response so i feel the seller will work with anyone if they have a problem.

The material in the vest is very strange. I was expecting a poplin or polished cotton and this is somewhat crinkled but not as if it were poorly pressed. It looks and feels more like crepe. That said, it is a nice item. The color is darker than I expected but not wintery. I am tall-5'8"- and the vest comes to my hipbones. I ordered a medium even though I am a size 10 but I wanted to be able to wear a couple of layers ubder it so I'm happy with the fit. The shirring in the back takes sone of the boxiness out of the item. The pockets are not quite deep enough for me to trust my cell phone in them but I always wear a cross-body bag so this is not a problem for me. And be aware that this is just one layer of material with no lining of any kind.

I like loose fitting clothes. I wear a 12, 5’3” and maybe 155 lbs . i am always concerned that the bustnot fit too tight. This is a great layer without adding too much bulk or extra warmth. I first bought the red in XL. Which was wayyy too big. But it wasn’t worth it to return. I wear it, but it really is too big around and the armholes are gigantic. The color is good and just like the picture. So, I ordered another one in blue in large. This one fits perfect. The color is also really nice...almost purple, It doesn’t shrink when washed and dried, but it does wrinkle and needs to be ironed especially around the edges, the pockets and the strips where the snaps are. Really, for the price, it’s great for throwing on to walk the dog or go out shopping etc. Many vests have hoods, which I don’t like, so this one works for me. When there are Larges available in other colors, I will buy them too.

I think the front is cute. It's not a true khaki, but I like the color. The back does not look the same as advertised. It bunches up and the hem looks uneven. Runs a little small too.
