Dorman902-309 HVAC Blend Door Compatible with Select Dodge Models

Installed on my 03 Ram 1500. My heater was only blowing warm on the passenger side. Then, recently, NO HEAT! Both of my temp blend doors were broken, causing no heat and reduced floor airflow.Good quality parts and work like a dream. Air is blowing harder than I remembered. Did I mention I have HEAT!?

Good product. Instructions can be much clearer though. Make sure you can get a dremel tool before buying.

Aftermarket part that corrects basic deficiencies in OEM air handling in a Dodge pickupAll five air controlbdoors were broken, two completely off the hinges. It was a massive pain to repair, whole dash had to come out. If there is a next time I will have it professionally done, with Doorman parts.

Awesome. Worked Great, exactly as described with good instructions. Highly recommend. I recommend buying all Blend Doors at the same time and not just replacing the ONE that is broken, you will save a lot of headache when installing.

Looks like the original, but they are not to original specs. The openings for the slide in clips (including the end controlled by the actuator) are too small. I'm going to have to trim down the clips with a blade just to make them work. Something I don't want to do.I'd just return both of them and get better ones, but my truck is a 2 ton paperweight until I get it put back together, and that has to happen this weekend.Very disappointed in Dorman right nowEdit: the grooves on the clips end, but the Dorman blend doors don't account for that. You need to cut or Dremel the grooves completely on the clips to get it to work. Even then the doors don't sit center. Enough to seal, but barely. Poor workmanship
