A great addition!
This was a great addition to our heater, it warms up the garage quickly and efficiently, no problems at all and couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Not as much air flow as I was hoping for.
I bought the Mr. Heater fan to put on a Dyna-Glow heater, as I thought the Mr. Heater fan would put out more air flow. After modifying my heater and the fan to fit together, I probably should have just bought the fan that was made for the heater that I have. The fan works fine, but installing it was more work than I was expecting, and I am still not very impressed with the amount of air flow. It does increase the heat coming off of the heater though.

Designed for heaters with no digital thermometer
The blower fit fine, works as expected, and is not too noisy. Keep in mind that some of the models that this fan fits in come with a digital thermometer between the thermostat and starter button, measuring temperature somewhere on the inside of the unit (it does NOT display or effect the thermostat setting). On these models the electrical power for the thermometer is supplied by the power cord that goes to the fan. This fan does NOT have the taps included to power up the thermometer. You can still install the fan easily enough, but the thermometer will no longer get power. If you have the electrical skills, you can move the plug that powers the thermometer from your old fan to the new fan. I didn't bother - the thermometer on the heater never was particularly useful. Also, you should keep in mind that the blower is not intended to distribute heat around the room. It is there to move the heat away from the heater. You will definitely need a separate circulating fan (I use a ceiling fan) to evenly distribute the heat around the room. When my blower went out the heater got a lot hotter than it used to, but the ceiling fan still did the distribution job.

Even thou it said this would fit with my heater when i bought it, some new holes and trimming needed to be done to get it work.

Nice New Item
This was a nice new item, during installation i found a disconnected plug on my old unit, which made it work fine. Return of this item was quick and easy.
