Flame Resistant FR Shirt - 88/12

I like the fit, the style and comfort but the color looked a lot darker in the photo than it really is. It’s more white than gray. Was quite disappointed, I wanted gray, not an “easy- to- stain”- white

The material of the shirt is great and what my son needed for his job. However, the type of snap used did not have long enough prongs to pierce the material and all top snaps popped off the first time he wore the shirt. Very disappointed and will have to look into having buttons sewed on along with buttonholes created so my son has the clothing needed for his profession.

Function: I bought this shirt for welding even though it's not advertised for that. I worked in this shirt for about 3 or 4 days doing steel arc welding on the ground and aluminum mig welding on sawhorses with no burn holes. However as soon as I started welding steel at about belly height and needing to squat to weld underneath (a somewhat overhead weld) I ended up with a burn hole (as pictured). I didn't take a star off for this reason as I realized that a flame-resistant garment isn't necessarily designed for welding any kind of metal, so that fault was only my own. I've welded before in cotton clothing without a flame resistant treatment and have been miserable as a result. So this shirt definitely offers some protection but it's not a "welding shirt"Fit: This was the reason I decided to deduct a star. I have somewhat long arms at 5'11" and 170. A size large in any long-sleeve shirt typically covers my wrists in the way I want it to, even after washing. This shirt did shrink a little leaving the sleeves slightly short for my form.Style: Bottom line is that the shirt looks super fly (if you can get the fit right). It has these snap buttons that look like mother of pearl. I actually prefer the snap-button shirts for working since you don't have to worry about losing sewn-on buttons. It's designed like many of the Wrangler or other western-style snap shirts.

WARNING: Chafed Nipples! Either wear an undershirt or put some band aids over those puppies.I do not work around flames, so I can’t speak for their flame resistance, but I can say it fits perfect and seems to be durable. Looks nice. I recommend this shirt for anyone who just needs FR’s to satisfy an arbitrary safety requirement.

This is the 2nd order for 5 shirts that I had to make this month because the 1st 5 shirts shrank so much that they were impossible to wear after the first wash! The quality of the material is great! But if you normally wear an XL, make sure your order an XXXL. The initial savings was off-set by having to make a second order.

Ordered this for the man of the house - in bright orange! The color looks good on him and the shirt fits well. It's light-weight enough that he can wear it this summer, but still heavy enough that it can be paired with a vest of jacket in the fall/winter. Co-workers joke about wearing shades when he wears the shirt, but it does look very good on him!

Bought this for my boyfriend for welding. I suppose it did what it was supposed to, as it didn’t catch on fire like any non flame resistant material would, but he still came home after one day of welding with a million little holes in his shirt. There’s gotta be something out there that’s better right? But I’d say it’s not a bad shirt for anything else. Pretty nice material.

The shirt fit as expected for a while. I waited to post the review because I did fit perfect when it was delivered. After a few washes the sleeves shrank. It. is a good quality shirt. The colors the company offer are cute I just didnt like the sleeves after a few washes.

Boxy fit and short limbed

Shirt was too small. Returned with tracking to supplier. They received it 10 days ago. Have not given me refund ☹️
