So it’s become a bit trial and error to get the right ALL DOWN pillow. It seems if you want a 100 percent down king pillow and not a combination of down and white feathers you are paying 299 or more.I have bought a couple of DOWNLITE smaller pillows for our guest rooms. They are not highly packed with down but they are great quality and very comfortable!I ordered this king pillow knowing that and that I would layer it with another pillow. That’s said it’s so comfortable and soft! I hate the feeling of feathers in a pillow and this doesn’t have any or that! Like Laying on a cloud!Highly recommend if you want a quality product a little less filled.

It is only the slightest bit firm. If you want a firm down pillow, this is not for you. But it is perfect for me.

I have been using this pillow every night and have not woken up with neck pain. I have tried so many pillows in the past, and I am really satisfied with this.

Pillow is really expensive. Is really nice though exactly like one at a 4-5* resort hotel (years ago I gathered pillow tag information from room). The previous same pillow brand purchased years ago lasted 5 years before becoming flat enough to purchase a new one. Still using old pillow. Feathers don’t poke out through outer cover which is really good for a down pillow.All I can say about softness and comfort is that once you own a down pillow you will not want any other type to sleep on.

I still like this pillow. I bought for softness. It just doesn't have quite as much down as last time. I wish it had a little more. If you are looking for a soft pillow, this is it.

Soft real down. It’s a thin pillow which is great for side and stomach sleeping. Love it and will collect more over time.

Best pillow I have ever had. Ordered one for me and another for my adult son. I sleep on my side and back. Pillow doesn't let feathers stick out, soft and feels like I am in the finest five star hotel in the world! We have purchased seems like a hundred pillows looking for one that is comfortable finally found the best.

I think I blame the stiffness of the cover, but the down all moves up above my head no matter how I arrange the pillow. I can't get any support at all. My neck hurts and I'm not able to stay asleep. Perhaps with age the cover will wear enough to be soft and allow the down to stay where I put it. I may try machine washing it, but I know that removes the natural oils in the down and it loses it's loft. Not a good pillow.
