Dead on arrival. Would not power on.Removed compressor cover and found main power cable came loose.Tried to reattach but was very tight on cable. Rerouted power cable from behind compressor pipe and plenty if slack.Compressor mounted on rubber bushings and probably moved around during shipment pulling cable loose.But works like a champ now and after running for 45 minutes, went from 70 to 05 degrees.Amazed at how quite it is!Would definitely recommend!

I was using it to keep meat frozen in my truck. It went out on me within the second week. Ruined 100+ dollars in meat and vegetables. Junk! Junk! Junk!

Product works as outlined. I did not receive the wheels or handle with bottle opener.Have used on one three day camping trip and left it plugged in to the 12 volt outlet in my van. Kept food to temperature set and did not run down the vehicle battery at all. Would recommend.

Perfect for road trips. Keeps food and drinks cold. Holds 24-16 oz cans. Easy to read and use digital screen/controls. The reversible lid is a great feature. You can switch the opening direction without moving the entire cooler. Comes with an 8 foot long 12 volt power cord. So you can plug it in your dash and run it to the back seat or trunk.

I bought this because I was tired of my food getting soaked with melted ice, etc. I've used it on half a dozen road trips and it's amazing! One time it was 100 degrees out for three days. I had it hooked up the entire time and food was at set temperature (33) and it didn't stress my battery. Love the temperature and battery voltage display.

This is the second unit I have purchased. It was dead out of the box. I called their Tech support hot line , only to find their mail box full! So I emailed. Tech support did contact me and had me take it apart and fix it. "Power connector had come off the circuit board." Clip on connector is crappy, so I put a dab of silicone on both sides to hold it in place. Did it on my first 1 also.The first 1 works great, temp controls are not accurate, the sensor is midway up the wall with the coils.There is no other good place to put it.I run mine at 27 degrees all day and it doesn't freeze my drinks. Easiest way do dial it in, take a plastic cup of water with 2 tbs of salt, mix and place it in the on the bottom of cooler, set at 27deg., run for a min. of 12 hrs. and check water temp with a probe, salt water freezes at 28deg.They both work great now.Buy the extended warranty because the company is based in China, so support is not so great!

Bought this to go on a 4 day trip to death valley. It fit nicely in the cargo area of my jeep cherokee. It plugged into the 12 volt outlet that is back right next to where I put it. I was glad for the easily changeable lid so it was easier to access the stuff inside. That outlet there has option to be always on or on with ignition only. I set it to always on, so the refrigerator would stay cold during short stops for gas or getting out for a picture. I would just unplug it if we were leaving the jeep off for more than 30 or 40 minutes. The low power safety feature never did have to come on even though I set it at medium. (Of coarse I carry a jump pac with me anyway, just in case!). It was so nice to be able to have a cold drink or snack anytime without worrying about keeping ice in a cooler! When we got to the motel we just carried the fridge in and plugged in to a 12 volt adapter instead of transferring everything to the motel fridge. It is verry quiet. It is not huge capacity, but I was surprised by how much we fit in there. I am very pleased with this so far!

item worked for ~ 2weeks then failed. Attempts to resolve through Amazon have also failed. Buy something else.
