Disappointed as the item is not like the picture at ...
Disappointed as the item is not like the picture at all. Ordered the 24cm x 15cm bag. It has come and it is nearer 35cm x 30cm so way bigger. It also doesn't have the handles to use as a bag - it just has the main messenger bag strap. Too late for me to swap now as it is a birthday gift and I don't have time. Shame as the little girl would have liked the item in the photo.
