Disappointed that item did not arrive on date stated. The item was for a family member’s anniversary and I was so happy it was arriving on time.However it arrived today, 2 days late but it’s beautiful I really love it.

I ordered the memorial plaque for my granddaughters resting place. Delivery was extremely fast, this arrived on the day of the funeral itself. Quality is absolutely amazing, it is perfect. I would have very pleased with the product had it been in perfect. I received mine with writing across the face of the picture which ruined the sentiment of the item as it was a lasting tribute to my mum who recently passed away. The company said that they can't alter anything once the picture was uploaded but at least they could have contacted me to point out the blemish before printing.I would have liked to have ordered more for other family members but I'm not confident of what I would receive and don't feel happy by the sellers response. I will go elsewhere.
