My cousin in the US recommended this to me and I have to thank him for that. I have a good number of albums by African and Brazilian artists but this album's great strength is that it takes influences from both and combines them in the most uplifting way. Thoroughly recommended to those who want to dip a toe into the genre of world music as well as those who are fans already.
