Excellent quality and customer service
I ordered this product because I didn't want to spend a fortune on a canopy. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and ease of opening the canopy. Unfortunately, the stakes to hold it in place were missing. I contacted the company and it took a little while but I did get the stakes. I would not hesitate to order from them.

UPDATED: Great economy canopy for farmer's market or recreational use
This canopy has held up great (so far) after 8 weeks of farmer's market. It was impossible to put up alone the first couple times, but after it "loosened up", I am able to get it set up by myself without much trouble. The canopy also kept me dry in a downpour the first day I used it, but the top has stretched a bit now and would probably collect water if subjected to rain again. I keep the fabric cover on when I collapse the frame for easier setup, which will cause it to wear faster than if you removed it before folding up the frame. The carrying case I received does have wheels, but is flimsy, poorly-stitched, and the seams have already started pulling apart, so don't count on it to last as long as the canopy itself. (6/19/16:) I've had to repair the case in many places where the seams did pull apart, but anyone with a sewing machine and some scrap fabric can do the repairs in a few minutes (I used denim to reinforce the inside plus 1" nylon webbing for reinforcement of the carrying straps).Update 6/19/2016: One of the metal bars in the sides of the canopy snapped at the bolt during normal setup at market today. For recreational (infrequent) use, it will probably last longer, but it still managed to survive a full season plus almost 2 months of markets every single week. Unfortunately, now it's a pile of scrap metal. I'm going to see if a local welder can reattach/reinforce the two ends, otherwise I'll have to order a new one. I still recommend this canopy, since it held up better and is easier to figure out than most others I've seen at dozens of markets, but I'm disappointed that it broke so quickly. I was hoping to get at least 2 market seasons out of it.Update 8/14/16: I did get a welder to fix the broken piece, and that repair was far, far cheaper than buying a whole new canopy. It's been holding up great so far afterwards, had to tighten a few of the bolts that were coming loose and the cover has a few small leaks when it rains now (a more-motivated person with some scotchguard could probably have prevented that), but I am still happy with it. And a friend is ordering one for herself after seeing how well mine has held up. You can't find a better canopy for this price, especially when it's on sale for around $80.Update 6/23/17: It's still going strong, almost two months into the third year of market. Surprisingly, the cover is still in one piece and (so far, knock on wood) I haven't had any other issues with the frame. This has not been an easy start to the season, either, with 15+ mph or stronger winds almost every week. Sadly, the moron who borrowed my friend's canopy didn't put weights on it and it flipped and was ruined, but these will last with proper care and setup.Update 11/15/17: I officially love this canopy. It has survived a third year of high winds, storms, and other abuse at market every weekend and is none the worse for wear. I did have to patch the carrying case again, but it's held up well enough for a cheap piece of junk. Surprisingly, the canopy cover still doesn't really leak more than a drop here or there. One last note before I stop updating this review, take a minute now and then to gently tighten the nuts where the side pieces all connect. You'll need a small allen wrench, but it's worth it to not have to go searching the parking lot to find out where the dang thing bounced when they eventually loosen themselves and fall out.

Misleading
I have a 10X10 and was looking for a little more shade at the beach. I ordered the 12X12, it arrived quickly. To my surprise the legs do indeed spread out to 12X12 but the canopy cover is 9X9. This thing’s smaller then my 10X10. I donated to a local charity to raffle of.

Works great
Haven’t used it much yet but it seems to work the way we need it to.

Sturdy and functional
This is my 2nd Caravan Canopy. The first one lasted 1.5 years in hot humid central Florida This one withstood over 25 mph winds. I use sandbags to to weigh down each pole. I even bought another for when I take my pooch to competitions.
