BLUE NOTE Pro pedal
This pedal sounds VERY nice as an edge of breakup or crunch pedal. For jazz or blues it would be an exceptional stand alone pedal. I returned it only because it did not play well with some of the other pedals on my board, but I would still recommend it without question.

An outstanding unit well worth the money.
I've tried a lot of these. This one is quiet and clean. The effects are subtle and very very rich.It sounds great with my Fender Stratocaster and even better with jazz and blues on my Gibson Les Paul.My favorite pedal.

A keeper!
I have tried a bunch of pedal and I usely end up returning them. The blue note is exactly what I have been looking for and it doesn't cut the bass like the archer did. I was about yo give up on OD pedals but this one is the sound that I had in my head. It also feels right, it has a smooth feeling to the sound.

Awesome Two-Pedals-in-One
I play this pedal through a Blackstar HT-1R tube amp and a Mesa 1x12 cabinet. It has a terrific sound palette and a lot of versatility, everything from a warm, slight crunchy clean sound through a nice, smooth overdrive. Because of the two "sides" it has been a reliable and useful replacement for separate boost and overdrive pedals and simplified my board just a bit. In a perfect world, it would have just a little more drive at full tilt -- it works great at full drive with playing with Demarzio humbuckers, but is just a little bit thin when I'm playing a Strat or Tele with single-coil pickups.I love the sounds that Tim gets in his YouTube videos -- this piece is a fitting namesake.

Perfect Match
Perfect for my Ultra Strat! I can dial in enough grit without it going crazy! Definitely a must for a Strat or a Tele!

Awesome Ideal Though It Leaves A Little To Be Desired In Execution
Great idea thanks to Steve Stevens, though the EQ could use a little more range and depth. Also the faders could be more robust. I already broke one. Not good in a Stomp Box, which should be made to be Stomped On.

Very transparent, great boost and gain
Searched for a while to find the right pedal to use in front of my Mesa as additional gain for certain situations. This pedal has worked out really well, it's quiet, doesn't change your overall sound and its tone and fat controls are very dialed into sweet spot ranges for guitar. Using this in a rock format for everything from classic to metal and this helps to make your rig much more versatile.

Great sound and tone
Great sound and tone. Previous reviews regarding loose input connection is valid, hence why I took away one star.I only play for my own amusement so it's not a big issue for me but can see where having it come unplugged during a gig would just be wrong. This should really be fixed from a design standpoint. Other than that great product.
