I bought this so that I could get rid of the myriad of wires that I had connected to my firesick. My only complaint is that the included HDMI cable is garbage.

Download speeds is slow still buffers when using 1gb internet does not take advantage of bandwidth on some apps. Download speed is less than 100mbs disappointed just get a pc and flash it with Android much better

Unit did not work out of box. Amazon was very helpful and is sending a replacement

Easy to use out of the box and easily customizable with all the different apks to load. Small profile, very minimalistic. Watch many shows and movies. Apks load pretty fast too. Haven’t had any crash issues. Even if you have a smart TV this android box is a great supplement. I use it everyday. I suggest also getting a wireless keyboard to use with this. Makes searching and typing so much more easier.

I wanted to love this box. However, I do not! The "booklets" may as well not be included, they're useless. The box will not keep the correct date and time and apps won't work if incorrect. The YouTube app doesn't consistently keep you signed in and I've had trouble signing into it. The remote is very light and feels cheap. The box is also very light and it must be in a position that the remote can be aimed directly at it to function.The first day I installed it, after much time spent inputting my info for various things, I attempted to play something and found there was no sound from my tv or sound bar! After a great deal of more time, I had to factory reset it and that resolved whatever the issue was. The entire ordeal was more complicated than it should have been. I am not impressed at all. I regret this purchase and have considered returning it.

You get what you pay for.

Got this mainly to make a monitor with built in speakers into a bed streaming setup. Youtube and netflix work, but can't connect to the play store to see what else I would like to download, and the two phone games I have, it does seem to log in to my account.Will see what I can get it to do, and adjust this after some investigation.

Not easy to use. You have to sign in to Google before you try to open the play store or the play store will do nothing but flash a bright white light at you. Hulu isn't comparable, Philosophy stops working quickly, and even though Amazon's prime app works it has some glitches that were not a problem with my previous box. User manual in several languages, but just as useless in French and Spanish as it is in English.
