The feeder box is a good concept / idea but it is not practical and durable. The plastic material is fragile and breaks easily making it a choking hazard or gI obstruction for the dog if swallowed. I tried feeding from the tray to get my dog used to the new vessel he was ok with that then I put the tray of food inside and shut it to see how he does when the box owns and makes treats available…. What I realized was that my smart dog knew his fav treats were in the box and couldn’t wait patiently 😂 for a couple of hours for the box to open and let him get to the food .. he is used to his treat dispensing puzzle toys and used all the tricks up his sleeve to get the box open … pawing , biting at it , shoving it around the house , tumbling it upside down … I was terrified that he will destroy the box and choke on the plastic pieces and if left unsupervised with batteries in it would probably paw at and open the battery compartment and swallow them as well … I would not take that chance so I decided to return the box ….😟once the dog smells accessible food he is not going to patiently wait for the box to open automatically 😂

Doesn't always open after the time has passed, but just needs to be nudged. My dog appreciates teh ability to eat in my absences :)

It’s great, my mom doesn’t have to drop everything to come home by 3 to feed her and give her her meds. And I don’t have to wake up at 3 AM to feed her and give her her meds. She gets fed 5x with her meds. Donno why I didn’t think of it before! Would’ve been a more restful year. But now that I’ve been using it I simply love it!!!BUT. I WOULD LOVE THE BOWLS TO BE STAINLESS STEEL. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS A SEPARATE BOWL I CAN PURCHASE?

It worked okay for a bit, the timer isn’t super accurate, and it didn’t take long for my cat to figure out how to open it whenever he wants. Maybe a good product if your cat isn’t too smart

I have gone through many pet feeders as I travel for work and I have cats. This is definitely my favorite! I prefer it to the digital much easier to set up and I feel like it's even more accurate. Have not had any problems with it. I'm going to order a second one!

OK, so we've spoiled our cat with multiple meals a day. So, if we go away overnight, this is a good solution for keeping up with that schedule. Putting the ice packs beneath the food tray keeps the wet food cool and fresh (although I'm sure the cat would prefer his usual warmed-up meal). Easy to clean. Only requires one AA battery and lasts a long time.

I bought these to try and they do not work. They just attracted gnats and little worm like bugs were inside.

It’s not bad. I’d pick a bit better quality. Timer never stops so it sounds like a clock ticking all day see how long the battery last. Lid doesn’t seal 100% pretty big gap on one side so if you did put wet food I’m sure it would dry out fast and the animal will smell it and just try their best to get in

Más de un año usándolo, y funciona genial... Mi mascota lleva una dieta blanda así que está solución se adapta perfecto para lo que necesitábamos... el recipiente es pequeño, quizás para un perro más grande no sea suficiente

Yo lo devolví, solo sirve para poner el temporizador una vez, si sales de casa durante un día, solo se levantará la tapa una vez, y además el temporizador no se para una vez abierta la tapa, sigue avanzando, no se, para mí, un rollo.

Due ciotoline distinte, con due timer differenti. Molto semplice l'utilizzo, ma estremamente comodo.Presenti anche due cuscinetti refrigeranti per la stagione estiva.Soddisfattissima!
