Martial Arts for Children: 101 Games, Drills and Exercises for Future Black Belts

This was a gift for a martial artist who is training to become an instructor. They were really pleased with it. It is easy to dip into and just pick out a couple of things if need be. Similar to some stuff we do already (ie it works) and some new and fun activities. Can see these working very well in our classes. A great little book.

the book was good but the delievery wasn't. the package was left in a roadside mailbox 2FT from the road. Over half of the package was hanging out of the mailbox which contained other mail with the door open. this was not an appropriate delivery. My usual deliveries from amazon are quality delievireis on the front porch by the door like the other half of this order'

So much fun! I've done a few of these already but, they're very creative and students love the idea of a new game in every class.

Very useful for beginner instructors. Lots of fun and unique drills to keep students interest.
