When it arrived I thought I got something else because it was light but when I opened the box it was very sturdy, easy to assemble but like I said in the title, fiddley, small parts like the plastic plugs and feet, the nuts and nut cap ends are smaller, you will be using the included wrench for the final tightening then you're done! ^_^

Give me an Ikea flat pack over this and that is saying something. You really need to have nimble fingers and hands to be able to put this together, I was struggling as I have mild arthritis, so for people who are worse than me, then you are going to need help to put this together. The included tool to tighten up the bolts is not the best. It certainly looks a lot better than a plastic basic tray, I have even gone back into the kitchen to have a few looks at it, and it looks modern and stylish. You can only fit it one way, unless you have a big sink, I tried to have it in multiple angles and horizontal is the only way that it will fit on my sink. It wobbles a bit, but that is because I could not secure the nuts and bolts enough, but unless my OCD gets triggered then pretty much you will not notice it too much. I would give this more a 3.5 star review, rather than a four but I decided to go at four stars for overall rating. It is expensive, but worth it, I got mine from Amazon Warehouse and I saved a few pounds so I am more than happy, I had my eye on this for months and finally took the plunge. I have seen some reviews saying about rusting, this is a day one review, so if it does rust in the future, then I shall come back and update this review.

I would like to say the term was very difficult to assemble. I’ve returned the item, but still not received my refund. Could you follow up on that? Please? Still not receive my refund

Bought a couple of weeks ago and already rusting! Rubbish!

Certainly looks good but unknown durability of materials used as totally impractical and discarded.It is not particularly sturdy and so I would be reluctant to put more than the bare minimum on the top shelf. Because of the design it is also difficult to put anything of any size on the bottom shelf.The cutlery holder looks the part, but anything smaller, like a teaspoon, slips through to the side. If this happened when it was first put in it might be relatively easily extracted, but normally it is after more items have been added so have to start all over again. Need to be very careful about how many items are put in there or the whole thing will topple over.The holder for mugs/cups/glasses is totally impractical. Even just one not particularly large or heavy mug and the whole thing is very inclined to topple over. Might be "useful" for draining light plastic drinking containers but not much else.Wish I hadn't already detroyed the original packaging or it would have been returned as not fit for purpose. As it is it will be confined to the rubbish bin.

Easy to assemble looks great and is easy to keep clean

Love the two tier design. Can fit more on than what I thought. The cup hooks are a great idea. Easy to assemble. Strong and sturdy.

This is the second time I have ordered this item & the only reason I have had to order a new one is because of the rust buildup on parts of it, which was unsightly.
