Ancestors Of Elvis Aaron Presley 50 Generations

Only the number of children without names are in my opinion not enough to get a good overview of Elvis' roots
Although the book includes 50 generations, but for someone who wants to know more about Elvis' roots, it is actually incomplete. In my opinion it should have less generations; perhaps restricted to 7-10 generations. It is noteworthy that not all children are listed with names that have emerged from the various marriages and connections. Only the number of children without names are in my opinion not enough to get a good overview of Elvis' roots. It would be desirable - if possible - that also images of the respective family members were included in the book. For me it does not meet the expectations hoped for, in short, a book that you do not necessarily have to have. But the work of the research of the author must pay tribute to all cases and deserves recognition.

Exhaustive research!
Ms Bolig is to be congratulated on her decades of research to produce the most definitive family tree for Elvis to date. A fascinating study. Nigel Patterson, President, Elvis Information Network ([...])

While this is an interesting work; as stated on page 1 of the book, ..."it should not be considered either exhaustive or authoriative"... . It is not a definitive road map to the subject's ancestors. There are well over 350 duplicated individuals in several generations. Use this book as a research tool, be prepared to do your own research to unravel a lot of the knots in this book to verify and confirm family connections.

pleased with this book
l have been a life long Elvis fan and knew of Elvis ancestors in America and was interested to find out more ..l did find the book a little pricey for paperback but a lot of work has gone into this ...well to my surprise when l opened the book l saw my surname and Aspull in Lancashire where some of my family are from so this made my year , l am currently seeing if l have a link to Elvis however small it is from 16th century and not easy but through this book am not giving up my search ... ...however if not, it was nice to know his ancestors where once in Aspull and lancashire where l am from ...if you are a fan and interested in names and places connected to Elvis then this is for you but it s not for everybody ..its a book with 700 pages or so of names and places ..l have researched some myself from where we come from and found out a little more ..so thank you lorina bolig for all your hard work ..l am taking it as fact that all in the book is real and correct ..if you are interested in roots then this is a great book and who knows you could be related to the greatest entertainer ever Mr Elvis Aaron Presley
