Tasty noodle soup for lunch. Saltiness and flavor better than most packaged noodle soups. Umami is front and center.

First of all the ramen noodles were delicious. Chef Morimoro YES!! I ordered in July 21 but the ramens expire in December 21. Had I known that I would of ordered less. I do believe that Ramen noodles should last longer than 5 months. I believe I have figured out what happened. These are from Japan. Came into California. Probably sitting in a cargo container somewhere waiting to be unloaded. The California label on the side show Jun 2021. So if you try these buy only one box!

Was looking for these since they came out and had to get the case so all the family could try them definitely going to buy again

This is great ramen. It is a touch pricey for dried noodles and a scoop of spices but compared to others on the market it's well worth it. Enjoy, but don't tell anyone ; )

Good flavor, less fat than many ramen packages, but still very high sodium. It’s not as “healthy” as some of those new fangled ramen brands, but it also doesn’t cost $8 a meal like some of them. On the other hand, this is a lot more expensive than the $0.20/serving non-morimoto Ramens

While it may be that I'm no chef with Morimoto's caliber, I've had a pretty good run with most brands of instant ramen. However, this brand and flavor was entirely new to me. I liked that there were two packets (powder seasoning & sesame oil?) for flavoring, with light and "springy" ramen noodles. But for me, that's as far as it went. The "Momosan" chicken flavor was too subtle for my liking, even with the liquid seasoning. Also, I'd gather that this flavor was not meant to be spicy, so if you're looking for something with even a hint of spice, this is not the one. On the whole, this ramen was not bad at all. Perhaps, I just expected something larger-than-life from a package with Chef Morimoto's face on it.

The noodle texture is superior to most ramen restaurants. I don't know what marvels of food science they had to inject but oh man its delicious.

Mid-range price for imported ramen, more complex broth thanks to a liquid base and a seasoning powder packet. Noodles have decent chew considering this is packaged ramen. Cost may be off-putting to some, but if you don't eat ramen every day and you're more selective about flavor, this is a more affordable choice than the high end imports like Ichiran and Ippudo ($20 per serving for the higher end brands from what I've seen on Amazon).
