Packaging that customers appreciate
I make pottery for a living and recently due to global circumstances I've been doing most of my sales online. I wound up going with this option after some research. It's definitely among the more expensive options as far as packaging material goes, but there are a lot of advantages: The material itself works basically as well as bubble-wrap. Since using it, I've had no reports of broken handles or pots. The dispenser is convenient & low-profile. To add to all that, I'm pretty sure customers appreciate it more than getting a box full of plastic.Again, it's a little expensive considering what the product is. But I do feel much better using this than I would plastic alternatives. It decomposes, it keeps the product safe in transit, and leaves a good impression on customers. I'll probably be sticking with it in the future (though I do wish they offered refill rolls instead of having to get a whole new dispenser).

Sustainable and effective
I have been selling pottery on Etsy since 2017. Until now, I have only had faith in bubble wrap for my delicate wares. While most of it was reused and clean, I did have eco conscious customers comment on the use of plastic. Iagree that it isn't a green choice so partially out of guilt, I decided to try expandable craft paper. I like the Ranpack dispenser box but, since I have no good location for attachment, I can't really pin it down. One day I do plan to have a studio with a dedicated shipping station but for now I can still make this work.Huge bonus for people with limited space, this takes up a tiny fraction of shelf space compared to bubble wrap. If you are familiar with using this stuff, make sure to stretch it out well (takes a little practice to do it without tearing). This does act well to cushion my products. It's always important to use enough so that the item is "floating" in the box and, once closed up, there is absolutely no movement if box is shaken. Let's face it, shippers are never gentle with packages. Boxes are tossed, dropped, shaken, and more. I have not had any breakage reports while using this - except for the box that had a tire track on it which nothing could have protected. It may seem pricey at first but if you do the math, it isn't - plus it's much better for the environment and customers as well as my conscience appreciate that. I am never going back to bubble wrap.

Great quality
I am so pleased with the quality of this product. It has made my business shipments to cusotmers look so much better and all of my customer orders have arrived in perfect condition. Love the design of the roll out system as well. For sure buying again!

It’s okay for the price..
Great item, however when pulling the paper out it will bring the box with it. Not as smooth as I wished. It’s expensive for what you get and does the same as bubble wrap for double the price.

This stuff is awesome
At first, I couldn't believe I was spending so much for a roll of cushion paper. However, this is a roll of cushion paper AND a roll of tissue paper, which is like double the awesome. Once I finally figured out how to pull it out of the roll and extend the little "cells" so I got the full cushion, I had no problem using this to package all of my items/packages nicely. I've also not had one report of broken items since I started using this stuff after switching from 3/16 bubble wrap.It comes in a huge cardboard box and is still a lot of cardboard when it's done, but at least it's all recyclable!

It's only Meh: Constant Tension Issues
The product works, when it's adjusted correctly. The problem is, you have to constantly adjust the tension. This does make sense when you use a large amount of the paper--thus reducing the weight of the roll. The problem is, I have to re-adjust the tension after almost every two wrappings--and the wrappings are not using a large enough amount of paper to have reduced the overall weight of the roll. Having to readjust ever couple of wrappings really throws off your rhythm. When we're trying to turn out a significant amount of orders, having to stop and adjust the tension is a real pain.As pricey as this wrap is, I had much higher expectations for it's performance. As far as the wrap goes, it works, is nice and seems to do the job. Getting both pieces of paper to tear at the same time is another matter all together. We have to tear separately. We also have to pull them out separately as well.Overall, the wrap is really cumbersome to use. Overall, my opinion is you can probably use some soft of craft paper and achieve the same performance for a much cheaper price. Given it's price, 0.12 cents a linear foot, we will probably be looking for another solution.

The fact that they don't offer reloads kills it at this price point.
I bought one and liked it for the most part, but when I ran out of the honeycomb paper I found that you can't buy reloads. What's the point? It's way to expensive for what you get. If they offered reloads then I'd keep buying, but instead I'm tossing it and going with a cheaper competitor and will buy or build my own feeder.
