Ruined fantastic ham with thick pepper coating..
An absolutely fantastic ham, lean, NO waste, totally ruined by their pepper coating. I realize the product says hand rubbed with pepper but this much coating is kinda ridiculous and unexpected.Scape most or all of the pepper off before preparing, it is the only way I found it OK to eat. Why they do this to a wonderful ham I do not know.I will purchase again and scrape the pepper off because the ham itself is so good.I would have given this ham 6 stars if it wasn't plastered with pepper.
