The Most Beautiful Villages of Greece and the Greek Islands /anglais

This 2011 book is the same beautiful book that was published earlier in a larger size edition in 1998 to five star reviews. This book is slightly smaller in size, but is exactly the same book. Rather than a paper jacket over cloth covered boards, this book has the glossy cover photo as part of the cover itself (as is often the case with children's books). This is very nice as the cover photo is preserved and can't be torn off. Reviews can be read under the first edition here on Amazon under the same title. There are still a few new 2011 editions of this book available from Amazon sellers.

The book is nicely written, with plenty of information. The photos, however, are dated, they are not from "Instagram age". Pictures do not do justice to beautiful Greece.

Thanks again for Tka Books! This was yet one more nice find to learn about the beauty of the islands in Greece, definitely on the bucket list!

Love Greece and bought this for my husband. It's fine with some lovely pics but I've seen more beautiful villages in our travels and somehow made Greece look a bit 'gloomy' at times, which is far from our experience having visited over 40 islands! Once we'd flicked through it, it went on the bookshelf, probably not to be looked at again.
