worked as advertised, excellent product
I used the epoxy to build up the pistol grip area on my target rifle, very easy to work with, the proportions are marked on each to allow an accurate mixture, and the work time was very ample to allow me to get the area just right. I used a wet finger to smooth out the area once I had it the way it felt good, and the end result was cured and hardened by next morning, and look great. thanks for the great product

Very expensive but an indispensable tool for tinkerers and DIYers
A+B epoxy putty, while expensive, is an extremely strong and (mostly) easy-to-use moldable putty that cures rock-hard in a day. A few things I have done with this putty:• Repaired a broken resin handle on a paring knife• Repaired a broken wingnut for a 7¼" circular saw and made it more comfortable to tighten• Repaired and reinforced a vacuum hose fitting• Repaired and reinforced a duct collection fitting for a 3" circular sawDespite claims of this putty "drying out", this putty will last a very long time. It is now September 2023 and I am just finishing finishing a package of A+B that I bought in 2020. I keep thinking that I am going to find it dried up and unusable, but I have yet to encountered that problem. Even when it seems a bit tougher to knead/mix, it cures to the same rock-hard state and solid color. Those who claim that their A+B has dried out should try putting a little more muscle into it.Downsides to this product:• Difficult to knead/mixMixing is going to be a pain no matter how you approach it, but the method that works best for me is to rub the two parts between my hands until it takes a sort of "snake" form. Then I roll it back into a ball, and start the process all over again. When it becomes solid black, I make my repair.• Covers your hands in gooRubbing alcohol seems to work best for removing the putty from my hands. You might very well find a method that works better, but alcohol has worked well for me.• Annoying to cut and remove from the paper trayPersonally, I measure the putty parts by weight on a digital gram scale, although the manufacturer says that this isn't necessary. I do this because the cutting guides on the tray result in more putty than I tend to need for most repairs, which means wasted material. As for the actual cutting, you will want a fairly rigid blade, as the putty itself is quite stiff. Alternatively, I suppose you could make multiple passes with a sharp box cutter or other razor knife.I have purchased this putty four times, in both white and black. The price for the black has increased 57% since my first purchase. I am not particularly happy about the price jump, but I will continue to use the product. I just hope that the price falls for my next purchase.

VERY STRONG , MOULDABLE , BUT WORKS VERY WELL
EVEN WITH THE ADVICE OF OTHER COMMENTERS AND ROLLING IT INTO " SNAKES " LIKE MODELING CLAY IT WAS QUITE HARD AND TOOK MR A LONG TIME TO GET IT EVEN BLACK THROUGH OUT , BUT WHEN MOULDED IT TO REPAIR THE ARM ON MY POWER CHAIR , IT MOLDED AND ADHERED VERY WELL . NOW WITH A COATING OF SHOE GOO , IT LOOKS GREAT !!!

Great stuff, takes a while to mix
I needed to fill about 75 1/4" holes, 1/2" deep. This stuff worked good. But, my "test" run I didn't fully harden. When I did it for real, I spent a solid 5 minutes mixing. Cut off the amount you need. Press the two A & B halves together, roll between your hands, fold over on itself, and repeat. It took a good long time, but was clearly better mixed than my test. After that no issues.

Great for pool repairs.
I have a black bottom pool and it is difficult to find black epoxy to repair the grout lines around the tiles. This epoxy it great, mixes easily, and it will cure underwater, matches the color of the grout in my pool perfectly and so far it is holding well. Saves me from the having to pay for service calls from the pool maintenance folks. Very good product.

Product worked both above and below waterline of my inground pool.
Product worked well to seal the crack in my in ground black pebble tek / concrete pool. The crack was both above and below the waterline. The epoxy that is below cured light grey in color and is much darker above the water line. This doesn't bother me as it was more important that it provided a good seal. The two parts have a consitancy of very stiff clay and was a little difficult to kneed and blend them together (hence the 4 stars) but it got softer the longer I worked and kneeded it. When it was ready to install I rolled the product between my hands to create a long thin piece which I then pushed and smoothed into the crack. A day later it was rock hard and crack was sealed.

VERY hard to mix / use
This is extremely hard. Some epoxys start off soft and are easily mixed, this one is not. Some comments state that they couldn't mix it in time, if you are mixing a large amount at once that is definitely an issue. Other than that, it does work.

Mixing and fixing!
This stuff is great. I’m so glad I bought it.Used it to repair an unfortunate chip in my granite countertop. The chip fell off when a plate hit the granite at a weak vein - terrible luck, but I was able to salvage the chipped pieces, set them with epoxy glue, and fill the crack with this black epoxy filler. It took some kneading to get the mix blended, but after mixing for a minute or two it was pliable and I was able to push it in and smooth it nicely. You can’t even see the repair unless you search for it. Before and after photos attached-
