Profumato, aromatico, diverso da altri neri e bianchi. Spesso si tende ad utilizzare un unico pepe per tutti gli usi (magari già in polvere, nooo!) mentre disporre di diversi tipi (diciamo tre) accontenta meglio il palato. Io sono un appassionato di pepe e ne ho una dozzina di diversi, ma per un uso gastronomico classico ne possono bastare anche molti meno. é necessario procurarsi un buon macinino, che sia piccolo e di buona marca (es. peugeot fa un buon meccanismo) per macinare al momento solo la q.tà necessaria. Trasferire i grani in barattolo ermetico. Buono su pesce, insalate. Buono anche sulla classica cacio e pepe, dà un tocco profumato. Ma è questione personale.Vale la regola generale che se il pepe è di buona qualità e macinato fresco, ne basta poco...

Le produit est excellent. L'odeur et la saveur de ce poivre sont parfaits. Le label bio est présent. Je ne peux que recommander ce produit.
