Too short
My daughter is 95cm and bought 3-4 (110cm) still too short. The waist was too high and the belt didn't stay on the waist. We put a cardigan on top of the dress, which hid the awful waist line. The skirt was nice, but waste of money. Just missed the return period because we were away. So annoying.

Fit is small and weird
Top part is too small and fit is weird, Unfortunately looks really weird on body, bought 1 size up but still fit was too small. Top part is too short, so when arms are lifted, dress goes way up, and shows child's bottom. If I didn't need it for tomorrow, I would definitely return it.

Inadequate quality
Poor quality nasked for return never received the return label.

Bad quality
The dress was very poor quality. Side hoops were both not well fixed. So we decided to take them off completely but after one day wearing it, the all dress was literally breaking apart. Not worth the money at all.

Do not recommend. It supposed to be an A shaped dress but it looks horrible.
