The rack, as it originally came, was mislisted as including an item that it did not include. As it shipped, it actually lacked some parts that it needed. Over the course of the next week or two, I spoke several times with customer service at Omega. They were unfailingly pleasant, and did help me get what I needed. I think the real strength of Omega is not the offering of any one particular set of shelves that you might find on Amazon, but the fact that in their catalog of items, you can configure basically anything you want out of professional grade wire rack shelving. I would do business with them again, as the quality of the merchandise is very high, and the care that I received ultimately was also very good. I would recommend these shelves, and Omega generally. However, be ready for a bit of back and forth, and be ready for things not to be perfect right from the word go.

I love this baker's rack. Sturdy, attractive; exactly what I wanted and needed. I'm quite sure this type of product is available in a variety of places. I must say, however, when I needed some assistance, the company came through. At the end of the day, life sometimes has glitches. When you have someone there to help you through them, all's well. So, thank you Omega and, in particular, Steve, for helping us out when it was necessary! We'll be ordering more soon~

This baker's riack has exceeded my expectations. I have a kitchen with no counter space it is an authentic 1940's "Pullman" kitchen. I have hung all my pans from the top bar, and the 3 shelves hold lots and lots of stuff from backing pans to canisters to my microwave oven and cutting board. It was so easy to put together, took about 30 minutes and it is very sturdy. Customer service with this company is tops.

Very sturdy and beautiful. I love it. Everything I needed to put on it fits and now I have lots of room on my kitchen counters.

I ordered the rack to save counter space in my small kitchen, it does just that. I have a micro on 1 shelf, an oven on another & baskets for potatoes & onions on the bottom. When I had a question they were prompt, courteous & overall great to work with. Very accommodating. I would recommend the rack & recommend the company.

I was so excited to receive this but it started showing up in MANY boxes, and with NO instructions. Not all the parts arrived so was not able to assemble it like it should be. 2 thumbs down!!

Nightmare.The picture shows a cute metal kitchen bakers rack. Well, upon arrival I discovered exactly what 60 inches means. If you put the photo on its side you get the real picture!Returning it was an expensive nightmare and several talks with "Joey from Jersey " although amusing did not help.I must say they were made well and would be great-in a BAKERY!
