No more scrolling to find the right pot. You found it!!
Absolutely love this pot. No need to worry about root rot anymore with its clever design. It has an inch gap at the bottom with optional drainage plug. In case you over water your beloved plants. Plus if you want to you can let it drink from the bottom up when you do. It feels like concrete, not plastic cheap rubbish. Looks great and for the price you can't possibly say no. It comes in many sizes and colours so if you often buy pots you can keep a theme going. The best thing is the over watering idea. No more root rot. It's not terracotta or clay, but sure is sturdy. It's holding my 70cm slender cactus cutting just fine and I know I can't over water it. Hobby getting easier. Found the right pot. Finally!!Ps excuse the mess, was eager to get a picture on here. A week has passed and I've now watered the cactus. Drained well. When I the pot gets wet it looks like it could be clay. Nice. Love the sandstone material it's made from. Noticed they go up to like a 47cm pot too. Ceramics or terracotta of this size are well expensive but this modern technology a fraction of that cost. I couldn't be more happy with this plant pot / company.

Broken on arrival
Huge craft on the side. Product utter useless. Came in a huge 3.5' x 3' x 3' box. Returning this is very burdensome for me and serves absolutely not purpose. I can take a picture of the broken item and that should be sufficient. I am not wasting 1.5 hours of my life returning this item. Instead I am forced to waste £29.99 of my bank account. Home delivery does not always work. However, how the problem is solved is up to the seller. I hope they have a better solution than box up a useless item and then we will give you a replacement.

Look good, feel good, clever drainage/reservoir system
I use several of these for conservatory plants. They look and feel ceramic but with the lightness and resilience of a plastic/stone composite. They do not need an inner pot, as some have suggested. There is a clever insert above the base with small slots that let the water, but not the compost, through. This forms a reservoir of water like a pot saucer might. This has a rubber bung that I remove to prevent accidental water logging. This way, the reservoir fills to the top but then drains. If you water too much you will need a tray to catch the overflow if you have removed the bung. The insert can be removed from an empty pot for cleaning. I hold the empty pot upside down and drop it gently onto a hard surface and his usually dislodges a reluctant insert. Sounds complex, perhaps, but easy in practice. I will buy more.

Good looking big pots.
These pots are 29.5cm high, 32cm diameter at the top, and 20cm diameter at the bottom. The material they are made of is about 8mm thick, so deduct that if you wish to know the how big the inside of this pot is.I give these dimensions as the exact dimensions are not mention on the product description page in a meaningful way. They are made of some form of plastic or resin material that claims to be recyclable according to the stickers on them. This claim I can not confirm nor deny. They are light-weight for their size. The look is as-per the image currently used, with a grey almost organic look that is unique to each pot.I bought two pots. Each pot is different in appearance, but the same in dimensions. They have a "water reservoir" at the bottom with the option to remove a drain plug to allow excess water to drain away, or leave the plug in and let the pot fill with water. The idea is that you can water the plant/pot and keep a small "reservoir" of water at the bottom of the pot (remove the plug) allowing excess water to drain away, or water it till the pot overflows, and the plant drowns (plug not removed.)If using this pot to hold an already potted plant in a separate pot leave the drain plug in place, and let it drink of the water saved for it.If using this pot as a pot for it's own plant remove the plug, and let the pot drain.P.S.Bought 3 more in June 2014.
