Great Construction
I really liked that it had some form to it, it wasn't just two floppy bags. I wanted to replace the milk crate on back but unfortunately the "bridge" section that went over the rack wasn't long enough for my Super 73 S1 bike so I had to return it.

Did not live up to the picture.
The bags were neat and square in the picture. When they arrived, they were flat. I sent them back.

Sloppy, crappy and torn in 3 days
Unfortunately, it's very sloppy overall. The backside (inner side) is sturdier but still easily bent, not making it stable enough. I tried changing the saddle bag position a few different ways, doing my best, I couldn't make it stable enough not to touch the moving part of the rear wheel. It was too sloppy and stressful. On my 3rd day, it's torn like that can see in the photo.

Worth the cost
I do recommend these panniers. For local and occasional use, they are very easy to instal and remove. All fasteners are Velcro tabs, so it can also be easily moved to another bike with a different rack. For long distance use, they can hold a lot. I carried 2 one gallon jugs of water and some food on one side, another gallon and a lot of gear on the other, with room to shove a small dry bag above the water. These are well built. I put them through 2,000 miles of daily use in harsh environments, and they were still in perfect working order when I stopped using them. There were signs of wear and tear but no holes, and all fasteners and clips were working and intact.Do be careful when riding, these bags really like spokes. These saddlebags have a thick sheet of plastic as part of the back panel, kind of flimsy. I had to zip tie a tent stake to my rear rack to hold the back corners away from my spokes. It wasn’t difficult and it worked, but this is where they lost a star. I never suffered damage, but once (the last time it happened) it stopped my back tire completely and I slid to a stop. And my rack isn’t the best shape for panniers, so there’s that.
