Great shut off valve.
My outdoor faucet handles are small and hard to turn. We do a lot of watering in the summer, and it's always a little hassle to turn those faucet handles. Last summer I discovered this ball shut off valve. It threads right into the faucet outlet threads, and it's so easy to control the water. Just push the handle 90 degrees and it's fully open. It works smoothly and never leaks. Very solid brass construction. Love it.

Very Good Quality Brass shut Off
This is a very good quality brass shut off. This does not have a very large opening but no worst than the plastic ones however this won't break when just you look at nor will it leak all over you. I use 2 sprinklers at once on 2 separate hoses with 1 of these brass shut offs on each hose as I have a big yard and the opening on the shut off is more than adequate because it does not affect the performance of my 2 sprinklers running at the same time. I give it 5 stars.

Works GREAT!
This shutoff valve is wonderful. I have arthritis in my hands. The handle for turning on and off is long enough to make the on and off process simple! High quality product that works great. No leaks. No drips. Easy for my arthritic hands. I have ordered another one for a friend.

Short threads
The shutoff seems very sturdy, but the threaded part is too short to seal when a watering wand is attached. Had to add another washer.

Works perfectly!
This shutoff valve is wonderful. I am a senior who is kind of disabled. This allows me to leave the water turned on at the faucet and the valve is between the hose and my long handles water sprayer. No leaks. No drips. Easy for my arthritic hands. I will keep it up and going until the cold weather arrives. Then will store it until next spring.

Does The Job Very Well
I bought the valve because I have an outdoor faucet that is hard to reach. I put the valve at the end of an extension hose, closed it, and turned on the faucet to the pressure my drip hose needs. No leak. I then connected it to the drip hose it will service and opened it. Flowed perfectly. I closed it again, no problem. Very pleased! Thank you!

Solved the problem
We had an outdoor faucet that was dripping. It was a ball-type valve, with no washer, so that didn’t make sense. Called a plumber and because the faucet was installed through a solid concrete wall by the builder, he said he would have to use a chisel to break the concrete and possibly open the wall inside the home to replace this faucet. All this for a slow drip? Hundreds of dollars in labor! Instead I chose to install this terrific shut off valve – problem solved! No more drip. No busting up of the concrete wall or the drywall inside the home. Problem solved for only a few dollars.

A monster!
Perfect! I had a lever hose shut-off that wouldn't shut off completely. I attached this to the end of the spigot and--Viola!--I saved myself a $150 plumber visit. This is heavy, solid brass, smooth lever action, turns on and off easily and completely. I used Teflon tape--as I always do--and not a hint of leaking. SUPER PRODUCT!
