Microsoft will give you about 2 weeks of free use, but eventually you will need to purchase the license.The mouse pad is super sensitiveIt is lightweight, streamline, great quality2 USB ports, but no port to plug directly into the internet box, so it's always on wifiBut I love it, especially for the price

The laptop is slim, light, and fast. But the unit I received did not have a touch screen.

Have owned the HP High Performance 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop (15-EF0023dx) for about 1 month. It is a meeting my very high expectations for all uses. I had no idea a laptop could be this fast on start up, shut down and within programs. I use windows 365 and it was an easy, automatic, full move to this machine. Good luck!

My wife had purchased this laptop from best buy and I noticed how fast it was. Checked the data ( Ram, Processor, Storage) and nothing else beats this laptop for this price. Love it. No lag, and it's faster than my work computers.

Finally got back to an HP for my laptop. What a relief. It is easy to use, has a great keyboard that is natural to use and it seems to have all the power I need. Definitely worth every dollar!

I told a friend that I needed a new laptop with a 15" - 17" screen, HP, fast but I wasnt into gaming or videos. I'm a realtor and need fast, reliable and able to process with multiple windows open. He told me to buy this one. Great recommendation! Its perfect!

I had a similar laptop as this but with a ryzen 3700u (3rd gen ryzen) processor. I would believe these great reviews if they were from 2-3 years ago. We are on 4th gen ryzen now (common processors ryzen 5 4500u or 4600h ; ryzen 7 4700u or 4800h) that are so much better. The battery life is lacking as I got ~4-5 hours. This is certainly not a bad laptop and I wouldn't call it a scam, but invest some of your time in researching a purchase that is several hundred dollars. I would say under $400 this is a decent buy, but $400 and above in 2020 will net you a better laptop in computing power, screen, battery life, and build quality. To better futureproof your laptop purchase, I suggest searching by latest cpu models.

I bought this as it doesn’t look like we’ll be working from the office anytime soon. Great value and love the touch screen, I’m not a computer person so I can’t speak to all the specs but I think it’s fast and gets the job done when I work from home off my work portal!
