IMHO, this is one of the better-tasting salmon jerkies I have tried on Amazon. I ordered the hot/spicey - not spicey hot enough for my taste. I did not experience any aftertaste or bones, etc. in the 2 packages I purchased.I don't know if I'll order again, it's definitely pricey for what you get.

This jerky tastes EXTREMELY good! The best salmon jerky I've ever had and I've tasted a lot. Very savory, juicy, perfect texture and EXTREMELY hard to share!

Flavor is bold and spicy. It gives a boost it needs for being salmon. If the price was better I would order a whole box.

I bought this jerky in anticipation of my sense of taste and smell returning. However, that hasn't happened yet. I did share one bag with my young grandkids and they enjoyed the "fishy" taste. I am keeping the second bag for myself and hanging on to that hope that I can enjoy the taste myself one day!

Best I’ve ever tasted

The flavor is comparable to dirt. I do not know if I got a bad bag out of the three, but I spit the fist piece out and not trying more. Very bad flavor and smell. No teriyaki smell at all. Can not even recommend trying it for yourself. Non-returnable, money down the drain.

The flavor was great but there should have been more in the pack for the price!
