I needed a trading journal to help me keep records of my daily trades and also reinforce good habits. I have been trading for a few months and this book is a great addition to keep me on track. The journal is well done and the quality is very good. I will be buying again for sure!

Not at all what I was looking for. This is great if you’re a beginner- a COMPLETE beginner. If you’re a professional trader or high volume trader this is NOTHING that you would want. 150 pages of “Goals” , “Check lists” and “Entry Journals”. Only 5 pages front and back for ACTUAL trade logging. If you want a diary for your trading activities this is perfect. If you want to log and track all of your trades methodically a blank piece of paper and a pen will work better than this book.
