Perfect for Rocksmith
I use this in conjunction with a Hipshot Extender for playing bass on Rocksmith 2014. This pedal eliminates constant manual tuning which is not so great for your strings, and it reduces down time between differently tuned songs. This pedal can drop semitones from E Standard to B Standard and still have the notes be recognized by the game. It is a much faster retune as well. Simply turn it on and dial down to your desired tuning and, off you go.I got the idea to use this Digitech drop tuner with Rocksmith from one of the Rocksmith streamers (perhaps Chainbrain?), so thanks for that. Works flawlessly for me. Maybe some slight manual fine tuning is required depending on how your bass’s intonation is set up or if your strings are new.

Amazing Pedal!!!
Got this pedal specifically for B tuning. Without the pedal I had my guitar set up for B tuning and it was awful, pitchy, out of tune. Worse up the neck and better as you went down the neck to the bridge. This is on a ESP Evertune. But when tuned to E standard and it's great! So here is where this Digitech Drop pedal is amazing!!! My ESP stays in E standard , dial to number 5 and turn it on, bam you're in perfect B tuning!!! All the way up & down the neck, every string, no more pitchy guitar!I love this pedal so much I took my other ESP that was set up for drop C tuning, tuned it to drop D , set the dial to number 2 and turn it on, perfect drop C.Conclusion: to closer you are tuned to E the more tension the strings have, they are not loose , not buzzing, not pitchy. This pedal is the solution when you want to start dropping down to C , B tuning.

Don't need multiple guitars setup with different tunings anymore!
Brilliant. This works incredibly well! No noticeable delay in the signal. The tone of the dropped signal is very good, there are no strange artefacts that you would usually encounter with a drop effect. I would only have two very minor comments,1) When you drop it more than 5 steps you can perhaps start to tell its a drop pedal, but honestly it doesn't sound bad and it's not a problem.2) Practising at low volumes doesn't work so well, as you can then hear the dry signal from the strings directly. This is unavoidable anyway. Solution: Put on headphones or crank it up!I love this thing. Since I got this pedal my secondary guitar with heavy gauge strings and drop tuning has been collecting dust. Now I just use my ibanez with super light gauge strings (in standard tuning) and playing any kind of super low dropped metal is no problem at all!

Put headphones on or turn the amp way up
You’ll think it’s broken, but it’s not. You’re just hearing the dissonance of the sound of the ringing strings in the room with you and the sound of the pitch shifted signal sent through your amp.Sounds good and works well for what I need.I’m not sure who’s trying to tune their guitar down a full octave…? Get a bass VI.

Great pedal to drop the tuning
Love how simple this is to use. I have a Floyd Rose bridge and locking nut. It’s way easier to just turn the knob on the pedal a couple clicks. It’s all or nothing though. You can’t just drop one string - obvi. You’re dropping all the strings. Put it real early in your chain though. Best to have it work on a clean guitar signal before you add in distortion or other effects.

Seems To Not Play Well With Wireless Devices In The Signal Chain
During first use, I was surprised to find horrible sound quality (service: bass guitar). After performing several troubleshooting steps, I was able to solve the issue by replacing my (NUX) wireless transmitter/receiver with a cable. Prior to my purchase, I recall reading several negative reviews complaining about poor audio quality. It may be that they were experiencing similar issues. At any rate, I am quite happy with the product, as it is simple to operate, all features work as advertised, and build is high-quality.

Great pedal
Got it for my wife, so she doesn't have to detune her bass. It goes down in whole steps so its great to get the bass down to D or C so she doesn't need to retune her instrument between songs... I wouldn't use it for more then 3 steps down tho, starts to loose tracking altho as a dry and octive with a fuzz it sounds Amazing... definitely a great tool to have in your arsenal!!!!

Plug adaptor worthless
Can’t rate the pedal because the international plug adaptor doesn’t work, and was stupidly designed to put together. Typical morinic Digitech.
