Brilliant pain pad. Very comfortable, refreezing is fast after wear. It targets the painful area perfectly, & moving around while it's in place is easy. Extremely glad I bought this, would buy another if needed. Highly recommend.

Really easy to use although prefer to heat up in boiling water than microwave as does not heat up in recommended time on instructions so was worried that it may explode if I kept heating it up for too long. It is great for standing but have found you cannot use the strap when laying down but still great to use without and place on area of lower back needed.

Keeps cold for the amount of time you need. Dont like the cover you put the ice pack in, rather wrap it in a tea towel.

I am using this ice pack in the car on long journeys. I am very pleased with it.
