Good strong hose well made worth the money

Does what it was purchased for

I bought this as a replacement for my current yard hose, which was making my yard look like the fountains at the Belagio Hotel in Las Vegas. So I was very excited to a 50m hose that looked to have the same qualities as my 4 year old original did when it was new... but half the price!Surprised at how lightweight it felt when I collected it from the office... the dreaded fear I had ordered the shorter one.... but no, it was the long 50m one, as I wanted.Time to unwrap and unwind. Unwound very easily. Let it sit stretched out for a few hours, to make it easier to put away.Started to wind the hose in, new hose, shouldn't be too bad... how wrong could I have been. It was like trying to put angry snakes into a plastic carrier bag.Long story shot, I now have 3 spots on the hose that kink and fold every time I use it.

The hose is value for money for the length but honestly bought it thinking it would be thicker. It is thicker than your cheapest hoses but not as tough as I expected. If I’d had know I’d have probably paid more for and got a tougher one. BUT overall I can’t grumble too much because fir the price paid it does the job

The hose arrives coiled and seems very difficult to straighten. I loaded it unto a mobile hose reel but kinks were an issue. Whether this continues when the weather warms remains to be seen.

Used for garden, easy to kink.

I use this water hose for getting water to my boat in a busy boatyard. It gets driven over and suffers general abuse, but always springs back. It’s a great hose,Flexible and rugged.
