Bought for a present for a friend. They were delighted. I’ve no idea how well it works, as I didn’t use it, but if we’re only to have useful and beautiful stuff in our house, it definitely fulfils the latter.

On baking the pattern does fade slightly this may be due to the dough not being firm. You'll need to dust with flour before tolling over it.

Absolutely no pattern on any of my pastry after cooking, wasted my money.

When you roll it onto raw dough or pastry the pattern is beautiful but it disappears when cooked and there’s no trace of the pattern at all :(

non l’ho ancora potuto usare e non so se riuscirò a usarlo perché puzza in maniera allucinante di affumicatura.così è inutilizzabile. Le istruzioni dicono di non lavarlo se non con acqua e sapone e raramente, ma dovrò lavarlo più e più volte sperando che prima o poi l’odore se ne vada. Assolutamente pessimo acquisto.

Ich habe mir das Nudelholz mit reichlich schlechtem Gewissen zum Weihnachtsplätzchen verschönern gegönnt. Der Preis hat mich ehrlich gesagt etwas erschreckt. In der Anwendung erwies es sich aber als wirklich unkompliziert, es blieb erstaunlich wenig Teig in der zarten Stuktur hängen und es war auch easy wieder zu reinigen.Die Spekulatiuskekse die mein Mann und ich damit gestaltet habe, sahen mit dem Muster richtig klasse aus. Mit ein klein wenig Ausprobieren findet man der richtige Druck heraus, bei dem sich das Muster dann besonders gut vom Teig abhebt.Meine schlimmsten Befürchtungen das Strukturholz würde sich als teures, unpraktikables aber dekoratives Stehrümchen etablieren, waren also gänzlich umsonst.Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
