I liek it, easy to use, which is a good things since there are no English instructions. There is noise from the fan.

First impressions: You really need to use a cup with a flat bottom to make contact with heating/cooling element to get the best results out of this. The metal cup provided is fine (and conducts well) if you like your lips burned when you sip hot liquid! My ceramic cup has a raised bottom so it didn’t conduct well and my coffee was merely lukewarm. I will amend this review once I’ve had a little more time using it. Will try cooling soon too.Update: Placed a bottle of Topo Chico to keep cool but sadly it didn’t cool well. Again, probably works best with metal on metal (aluminum can).

Love this gadget! Was so excited to try it. Does exactly what I bought it to do. Solid and Built well. I haven’t used the heat option yet. But keeps cans and water icy cold. Highly recommend. Best little gadget I’ve purchased in a while.

I need to return this item, but the seller has not instructions on how to return. It comes with Chinese instructions, so if you don't read Chinese, you are out of luck. It melted the first time we tried to use it! A terrible product!
