This moisturizes wonderfully, and leaves my skin feeling fresh, soft, firm, and cool. The only downside is that I find most sheet masks (this one included) leave a sticky residue after use. The positives of this mask far outweigh that issue though.

So make sure you get what you paid for I bought a pack of 5 and literally only got one I was so mad and stunned that I didn’t even wanna fight (that’s on me) but they should be more careful when packing cause it isn’t fair that we pay and not get what we paid for… other than that I actually really liked the “one mask” I got !

It's a very cooling type of mask. The mask smells like tea tree oil oddly more than the Tea Tree mask. I found this mask to be bigger than the Tea tree one as well. Very fresh smelling.

I have used three out of ten and I am loving the way it makes my skin feel. Cute design on mask itself. 10/10 stars. Going to buy again

This mask did not match the description or the user photos. I was incredibly confused.I have tried Facetory masks before (love “Glow Baby Glow”) that were waffle with jelly-type essence. But this one…wasn’t. It’s cotton with a pattern on it. The essence is more liquid not at all like the jelly I was expecting. The mask tingled a little bit (kind of like a mint). I thought it was a fluke but I opened another one & it’s the same cloth with watery essence (not waffle cloth & jelly).Turns out I was sent the wrong product… “Elderflower”. Returning now! Hopefully will get the right one next time. Looking forward to the waffle/jelly style sheets.

Sheet masks are something that I use sparingly, but love incorporating into my routine at times. I had incredibly high hopes for this because of the lotus water aspect, and the packaging is so cute that it was another hook for me. However, the type of sheet mask this is makes it INCREDIBLY tedious to handle and to try to use. I can never get a good grip, getting it on my face is never a simple, clean task, and I honestly don't think the product as a while is very good. The moisturizing aspect is lackluster and did nothing for me.It isnt awful by any means, but it's not something I intend to repurchase.

The mask material is nice; not sure if the waffle style really makes a difference; lots of serum, but it burned just a bit on my skin.

Wife is happy with them so will likely subscribe. :)
