Great customer service
Thought at first that there was one toner missing from the bundle. One of the toners was already inserted into the drum holder.

NO ME COGE EL CARTUCHO
Acabo de instalar el 2º cartucho y no me funciona, con el primero no tuve problema. El problema es que ahora no veo opción de que me lo cambien, ha pasado medio año...

Fuites d'ancres
Il y a fuites d'ancres dans un des deux cartouches de toner qui endommage le tambour et donne des imprimés plein de tâchés d'ancre, je suis dans l'obligeance de les remplacer.
