I have an issue sliding in my golf swing. The orange peel is the only swing aid I have used that prevents you from swaying and still allows you to make a swing at a golf ball. Great to practice with or practice without hitting a golf ball. The orange peel can do so much more like practice swinging with the ball above or below your feet like you would get with an uneven lie, swing with more weight on your back foot (hitting up hill) or more weight on your front foot as if you are hitting down a hill. Use it with the orange whip and it is a solid golf swing practice session!

Works as expected. If you are disciplined to use it regularly it will help your golf swing. In my opinion it is a little overpriced.

Exactly what we were looking for. I have Incorporated this into my daily exercise and stretching routine. Definitely helps my golf game.
