I ordered Pretty Bird Gold on 5/31/22 for my 3 parrots. It’s 6/16/22 and I’m still waiting for delivery. From pick up from the seller to reaching the distribution center in New York took 12 days. It’s a great product, but delivery is always a problem. Product 5 stars Delivery 0 stars.

My parrots are picky eaters, but they enjoy these food pellets.

Echo loves his new food! Pretty Bird was recommended to me by a local bird lady that has been breeding and training birds for over 25 years. Lately, Echo has been finicky eating his regular seed diet and was pulling on his feathers. I mixed Pretty Bird with his seed, now he eats well and his feathers are looking much better! Thanks Pretty Bird!!

I know it's a bit of a gamble to select the right food your parrots will like, but I definitely rolled nat 20s on this purchase!My African Grey and my Caique both love the food, taking to eating it the moment I first gave it to them. I was fully expecting them to either hate it, or only one like it. Couldn't be happier, as it makes things easy on my routine and my wallet.

My parakeet was weaned onto pellets, so I never had trouble introducing them into her diet-- I think that's the only way, really, because if they're used to seeds, they won't switch. She gets a mixture of these pellets and a seed mix, along with occasional greens like parsley or broccoli or a slice of apple. She's as healthy and full of beans as could be, and loves these pellets-- considers them a treat if I break one for her, it's very cute. But the reason I buy this kind in the first place is that reputable avian breeders have recommended it, and since Little BIrd loves them, this is what I stick to-- it can be a little harder to find, but it's worth it.

When you click the link for Medium size bird feed you are given two packaged sizes, the 1.5 lb package is actually for small parrots. It was not the size pellets I normally feed my Amazon Parrot.

This is the only pellet food my Africa Grey will eat. She was weaned as a baby to the Pretty Bird Gold and have been buying it for 3 years now. Highly recommend.
