CR-20 PRO review
I recently purchased this 3D printer after a 6 month research. This printer arrived quick from Amazon! The features on this printer, with the PRO designation seem to be top quality and it looks great! Now for the nitty-gritty . . Straight out of the box it was easy to assemble and power up.The convenience of the BL sensor makes bed leveling easy with the option to do it manually still in place. I printed the dog and pig that were on the SD card. They came out looking awesome! Then the SD card failed "no TF card" alert appeared on the screen. It was a good thing I installed the slicer software on my computer first because I had to format the SD card, and that erased all the files on it. The format saved the card and I've been able to save new print G-codes to it without further problems. The first nozzle got pretty gummed up with the PLA filament during the learning curve of operating the printer. There was an extra nozzle included in the parts bag, so I removed the gummed up tip and replaced it and haven't had a problem since. The last note I want to mention is that my research on the brass tips used with the metallic PLA described how they wear out due to the abrasive nature of that specific PLA. I ordered "hardened" steel tips to try with the metallic PLA, but they're too big. They don't fit the hot end opening. Now I have to find out what hot end is on this CR-20 PRO and get those specs to know which tips I can order. Creality has made a really good printer with the CR-20 PRO, it's just a good thing I like to tinker, it takes a bit of tinkering to fine tune this fine printer. As it is their newest printer, I imagine I'll be writing more reviews to help you 3D printers when you purchase this great printer!

Nice machine
First, this seller quickly shipped my CR10S-Pro V2 quickly and without damage. Assembly was pretty straight forward with 4 M5x25 bolts to fix the gantry to the base. Next was a couple of wire connections for the stepper motors and the ribbon cable and extruder. I wish these printer companies would reengineer the assembly so that you are not passing bolts from under the base to the gantry. Its a little awkward, but this isn't a Creality only issue and is just a detail.I found the instructions that came with the printer adequate to get started. There is a lot to know about this printer beyond the included print directions around leveling, calibrating your BLTouch, Zsteps, etc... But there are plenty of online instructions that cover these intermediate/advanced topics.I also want to call out that Creality not only included Capricorn PTFE tubing but also put premium bed springs on along with replacing the previous level sensor to a genuine BLTouch. On the topic of leveling I found it generally pretty easy but wish that the level screws were a little longer as I had trouble getting one of the corners level without completely unscrewing the knob. A couple of times around and I think I got it but also noticed that the bed is slightly warped, so might find an aftermarket to replace at some point but it is negligible so far. There are two things I wish this printer came with; a removable and flexible build plate and a modular extruder/hotend. The extruder and hotend on this machine are very good, but loading and unloading filament thru a Bowden tube is just a pain.Print quality is pretty darn good out of the box with the models they include. And I have to say that the auto level is great with the BLTouch. This is my first Creality and I am optimistic between the quality and the community that I will be well supported in tuning, moding, and working with this printer.

Can print anything ;)
i was able to print a new container for my fleshlight. this thing is great. The BL touch leveling really makes a difference for us guys who suck at leveling the print bed. I had it set up and running within a hour of opening the box. I will defiantly be printing out more tubes for my fleshlight to enhance the feeling :D!

Good printer when it prints *Updated as problem has been fixed* 2nd Update
I've had this printer for over a week and it was easy to put together and get up and running. It has been running flawless with great prints until today. Nothing on the printer has changed, I'm using the same profile to slice the stl files but now nothing wants to stick to the bed no matter what I do. Also there's a loud clicking noise now so something is going on with the extruder's but not sure what. I've leveled this thing numerous times and nothing will stick to the printer now and I've tried glue stick, hairspray and even a mirror and nothing works. It's crazy how it can go from printing great to not printing anything at all within a week with no changes. I'm checking videos on youtube to see if I can find something helpful and will be reaching out to support to see if they can provide some insight. This was working so well alongside my Robo R2 printer. Will update rating depending on if I can get this thing to work properly again.*Update*:Rita and the support team has been awesome. We identified my issue and got it resolved and it is printing flawlessly, I'm a very happy customer. The prints are coming out very nice and smooth to the touch and the lines are almost invisible. I just need to do a little more fine tuning to my simplify3d profile and I will be all set.2nd Update:And the problem has returned again. Haven't heard from support so I'm going to return and hope I get a better one.

Simple, good quality, yet long printing time
Easy to assemble. Easy to use. I am using the Fusion 360 for modelling, the best choice for me. Then slicing it in the creality application. You can also connect the printer to your PC directly, and have more control, but I haven’t tried that yet.One thing I would suggest, after putting all parts together, those parts that are sliding on the rams: the printing head and the raft, they are a bit loose and they are swaying, you can tighten screws with a nut to adjust them.
