These things are SOLID! I feel like they've added 20# of weight to the front of my Jeep. Easy(ish) to install - the alignment is what takes time - I'm a bit of a perfectionist so my install took longer than most I assume - it took me a full hour of tiny tweaks and turns to get these exactly where and how I wanted them. They look fantastic, feel solid and have completely eliminated my hood flutter, which was getting progressively worse. I could not be more pleased. An upgrade I wish I had done 2-years ago.

I would have given it 5 stars but the nyloc nuts for a lack of a better word suck for the type of installation. I have aftermarket fenders and liners so the removal of the liner is not as easy as stock. The nyloc nut would have been a real bite. So I used the EO nut with a dab of blue loctite. And yes tighten all hardware because they don't. Other than that I think they're great.

Stops the hood flutter you get with the factory Jeep hood latches. Takes a little to get them adjusted correctly and beware of the plastic safety clip it’s fragile and will easily break if you forget to depress while trying to release the latch. I understand the new Jeep JL latch will fit the JK but is not cheap.

Worked well

You can make this work on a TJ by altering the length of the stainless steel adjustment screw by cutting some material off, allowing you to bring the latch halves closer together.

The bolts stripped right out of the housings on both of the latches and the safely clip is jist cheap plastic it was the first to go. I had to go back to my stock ones until I can get a decent pair of latches
