The majority of bouillons on the market are a waste of time. Even "high" quality ones like Kallo are predominantly salt, palm oil, starch and sugar with less than ten percent vegetables thrown in, mainly for colour.This stock - while salty - is 45% dried vegetables, herbs and spices. There is no oil in it which is a plus for me.The variety of vegetables, herbs and spices is really impressive. While there is a small bit of coriander, ginger etc they are not overpowering or too noticeable. It is just a very strong and tasty vegetable broth flavour.I use this in many things - soups, stews etc at home but for me it is so handy for multi-day treks, backpacking and bike touring when I can't carry much weight but would love some strong veg flavour in my pasta. You can even just put a spoon in a cup of hot water and have a very flavoursome cup-a-soup without the cup-o-crap. Maybe a little salty but pleasing.If you want a good veg bouillon, look no further.

The flavour is really good, very hard to find products without added sugars. Would recommend on flavour but for the amount of stock I use daily could end up expensive for me. Picture is just to compare size. I would get again but will try find a cheaper sugar free version. I think you probably get what you pay for, but just starting the no added sugar lifestyle, if there is no alternative on flavour then obviously I will get this one again.

This adds flavour and depth to soups and stews but use sparingly and be aware that the main ingredient is salt.

I love the fact it has no sugar, palm oil or other fats or flavourings, is organic and still has a lovely strong taste. It really enhances the taste of food and I honestly think it is the best vegetable stock I have tried (and I think I have tried most of the common brands) , the only down side is it is very expensive and I wish it was more affordable

so here it goes..i bought this as part of a liquid diet/detox...i drank 3 cups today and it would be perfectly fine and lovely, except it is very very salty..actually salt is the first ingredient..so i guess it's perfect as a condiment, sauce, gravy poured on chicken etc..but as a broth it's a little too salty :( it tastes very natural though

This is a great product for those who like to follow a clean keto way of eating. It is very tasty as a drink and great for adding flavour to soup, stews and gravy. It contains no starch of any kind or flour or seed oils that are often found in these sort of products. Most importantly it contains no sugar or dextrose. I will definitely buy it again.

It's hard to find a stock broth that doesn't contain hidden MSG/hydrolysed protein - this doesn't contain either or I'd have migraines and stomach cramps/colic/heartburn.Celery flavour is strong but I don't mind. Salt levels are high, hence the 4 stars.I use it sparingly on organic noodles for a bit of flavour.

I originally bought this for the first time in an organic shop in Manchester but it's a long way for me to travel just to get it. I had been on holiday in Brighton and thought I was guaranteed to find it in their organic shop but no..I tried many shops. So I am happy that Amazon sell it. It's one of the best stocks without unusual sounding ingredients. Just herbs, veg and some salt. Beautiful.
