A chip broken off, but tips are fine. Small but still pleasant to hold.
The pair I got has a little chip broken off, but otherwise fine. The finish is bright and pretty; handles are comfy. The tips are tiny (1/16", ~1.5mm), and are perfect for bending wire. The tips are only a tiny bit uneven, about as good as can be expected (escpecially for this price). The flat faces of the jaws mate perfectly.I am happy with these pliers, and they will get plenty of use. Thanks. You will probably get a pair without the chip broken off, so go ahead and buy these. You will be happy with them.It is amusing that the Amazon rating system asks for a star rating "for beginners," but the warning on the back of the package says "not for children under 15." Oh no! What would a 14-year-old do?

A perfect replacement!
I had found a pair of bent nose jewelry pliers on Etsy and they only lasted a few months. After searching and searching, I found this pair. So far they are great! The PVC handle makes them comfortable and easier to use.
