The quality was nice, it came with the beads and jewelry needle and a small spool of pink stretch elastic which I was excited about. The reason for it not being a 4 star was the diameter of the threading hole was small and thought to thread when doubling the elastic.

Been using these for years and they work great. I have a single bead in each of my enamel and lacquer paints bottles. Using my 4E's mixer they help the paint mix within the bottle. They do not rust as with other mixing balls can. Reusable, let sit in lacquer thinner and clean after 15 minutes. Use airbrush cleaning tool brush to get into the small hole and good as new.Downside? I just need more for my over 2k bottles of paints. Great buy, get these and help your pigments in your paints mix well.

When making my bracelets I like to match the size of the beads exactly and this comes out bigger compared to my other 8mm. Maybe it's really a 9mm?

They are slightly bigger than 8mm... when I pair them with other gemstone beads and you can tell the difference.
