Convenient to carry
For soft/light clipping only, the green stuff basically.I dislike the construction as the leverage when used relies on the strength of the plastic handles. Which I don't believe will last very long.

Not the best product
The blades are a bit loose they don’t always close all the way ergo can’t always cut even thin soft branchesBut a good idea for pocket snipers

Broke on first use
A great idea but unfortunately they can’t cut anything other than a thin flower stem. Think scissors. See photo for what happened with a slightly thicker plant.

Difficult to cut anything not soft and thin.

Safe and easy to carry, OK for green shoots, less so for woody stems
Primarily bought for clearing overgrown paths/styles etc. when out in the countryside. Retractable blades make this pocketable and safe in the event of a tumble!! As others have noted not particularly robust, OK for cutting green shoots but 6mm is about the maximum width for hardened woody stem or twigs.
